People with reduced mobility: access to the apartment requires climbing two floors by stairs.
Balneo: our apartment has a large capacity hot water tank. Once empty, it needs a little time to recharge.

Failure to comply with this rule will automatically result in the intervention of hosts who will be notified, the accommodation being equipped with a noise detector. Non-smoking! The accommodation is strictly non-smoking, even at the window. You have an outdoor terrace in front of the entrance to the accommodation for smoking or sunbathing. A €150 penalty will be deducted from the deposit for any smell of tobacco in the accommodation, equipped with a smoke detector.
Pets : we love them but unfortunately the apartment is not suitable to accommodate them.
